We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Health Care. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide safe and effective medication administration, as well as deliver high-quality clinical care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care
- Current NMC registration
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing, with a focus on person-centered care
