About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management and administration
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • A good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
