About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory requirements

About You:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential. You should be able to work autonomously, using your professional judgment to make critical decisions.
