NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a skilled Assistant Practitioner to support our AHP HUB/Medical Team at IRH. This fixed-term position of 10 months will involve working closely with Specialist Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to assess patients and improve hospital flow.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Specialist Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist in assessing patients and developing intervention plans.
- Work independently with patients, within agreed parameters, to deliver clinical and non-clinical tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to improve hospital flow and prevent admission or delay in discharge.
