Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at AWD online. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring that our information technology systems work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for business users, resolving technical issues and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
  • Install, configure, and modify IT hardware and software, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Setup and configure equipment such as PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring that systems are ready for use and operating safely and correctly.
  • Assist users with software and hardware problems, providing guidance and support to resolve issues.
  • Perform basic server diagnostic routines and ensure server backup policies are working and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in IT support roles.
  • Practical experience with internet and network security protocols.
  • Experience working with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 desktop operating systems and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
