Position Overview

We are in search of a warm and enthusiastic Reception Administrator to enhance our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Reception Administrator, your primary focus will be on supporting administrative functions while attentively addressing our guests' needs to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing back-office administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Maintaining and organizing all necessary documentation.
  • Facilitating check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Assisting guests with various requests throughout their stay.

Candidate Profile

We seek a Reception Administrator with prior experience in a similar capacity, who is fully committed to providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a charming personality and a natural ability to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to diverse guest inquiries and situations are essential. Proficiency in the English language and a polished appearance are also required.
