Job Title: Admissions Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admissions Team Leader to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Patient Support Centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators in delivering exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of administrators in providing high-quality customer service and ensuring the timely management of all administrative tasks associated with bookings, pre-op assessments, and admissions.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to drive performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Admissions Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, including HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and administration, including patient booking and pre-op assessment processes.
