Role Overview: As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in delivering specialized assistance to individuals within our care facilities. At Radis, we value each person as unique, adapting our services to their specific requirements while ensuring a consistent approach throughout their care journey.

  • Conducting supervisions and meetings while providing guidance to Care Workers.
  • Organizing and assigning tasks to guarantee personalized care for each client.
  • Assisting with medication management and personal care duties.
  • Providing community support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs and expectations of clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • An enhanced DBS check is required for this position.
  • Having a driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, as some travel may be necessary.
