Overview of a Business Resilience Specialist

As a Business Resilience Specialist, your primary responsibility involves evaluating customer information to extract meaningful insights, working alongside various teams to formulate targeted strategies that aim to strengthen customer relations and optimize business outcomes.

The organization is experiencing significant growth, profitability, and diversity, catering to a wide array of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to general consumers.

The European division adapts global strategies into localized implementations across products, sales, retail, and marketing.


Key Responsibilities of a Business Resilience Specialist

Reseller Behavior Analysis:

Leverage demographic insights, purchasing patterns, product utilization data, spending behaviors, loyalty indicators, and other pertinent elements to assess and comprehend reseller behavior and preferences.


Portal Management Support:

Assist the CRM Operations Manager in overseeing the portal, which includes tasks such as content uploads and ensuring seamless portal operations, particularly for the European branch.


  • Enhance the partner portal's functionality and user experience by analyzing user interactions, generating regular performance reports for team evaluation, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.

Essential Competencies of a Business Resilience Specialist

CRM Systems Knowledge:
Solid understanding of CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.

Data Management Skills:
Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in database management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Access and Excel.

Problem-Solving and Project Management:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and take charge of projects.
