HR Business Partner

Within our Human Resources department, OKB KONE plc is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an HR Adviser. In this role, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists to provide support with employee engagement and retention, employee relations cases, employee performance, data analytics, and general administration.
The job is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and reports to our Senior HR Manager.
This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations processes and legislation to line managers.
- Support the investigation and resolution of employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and capability issues.
- Manage short-term sickness absence cases, including meetings and communication with employees.
- Provide end-to-end support for family-related processes, such as maternity and paternity leave.
- Support the probationary process and reviews, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve the employee experience and retention.
- Monitor, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain and update the HR intranet pages to ensure their effectiveness.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Support the implementation and delivery of HR initiatives, projects, and programs related to our people strategy.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations Specialists, and the People Operations team to provide support as needed.
- Build relationships with HR centers of expertise to provide support as needed.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
- CIPD certification or ongoing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good IT skills and flexibility for occasional travel.
