Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees and line managers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Advise and coach line managers on employee relations processes and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations cases, disciplinary, capability, and grievance meetings, ensuring accurate recordings and follow-up actions.
- Manage short-term sickness absence cases, collaborating with managers and HR teams.
- Support employees with family-related processes, such as maternity and paternity leave.
- Assist with probationary processes, reviews, and offboarding, conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback.
- Monitor and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation and company standards.
- Maintain and update the HR intranet pages, ensuring their effectiveness and user-friendliness.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations Specialists, and the People Operations team to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
- CIPD certification or ongoing studies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive approach.
- Good IT skills and flexibility for occasional travel to London and Yorkshire.
