Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations processes and legislation to line managers.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and capability issues.
- Manage short-term sickness absence cases and provide support for family-related leave.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists to deliver HR initiatives and projects.
- Build strong relationships with HR centres of expertise and provide support as needed.
- 1-2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
- CIPD qualification or ongoing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills and flexibility for occasional travel.
