In this role, you will define success metrics for a product or feature and guide the delivery team in achieving those objectives.

As a vital Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Product Strategy Manager will also offer insights and direction to the Business Analysis team during the initial discovery and design stages of projects or changes.

You will oversee project execution and communicate any deviations to the Senior Management Team.

  • Offer insights and direction to the Business Analysis team on a consultative basis for projects and changes,
  • Assess ongoing performance by evaluating client feedback, change requests, and issues, providing necessary input for revisions to the Product Strategy.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and compliance developments that affect products in the Asset Finance sector.
  • Hold a STEM degree or possess equivalent professional experience.
  • Have experience with Asset, Auto, and Equipment Finance systems such as Alfa, CALMS, Leasesoft, or Cassiopae.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Asset Finance landscape.
  • Possess experience in drafting high-level requirements for complex software solutions.
  • Understand compliance implications within the Asset Finance sector.
  • Exhibit creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint) and collaborative tools like Miro.
