The Financial Strategy Partner will collaborate with the Head of Finance within the Energy Infrastructure sector, delivering essential business partnering services to various operational units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end procedures, ensuring accurate recognition of costs and revenues at the project level.
- Assist in the preparation of precise divisional accounts by WD4, providing insights into any significant variances from forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and accounting regulations.
- Engage with key stakeholders to offer financial insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Provide business partnering support for our Electrical Services, Flotech Performance Systems, and Forecourt Services divisions.
- Prepare bi-weekly forecasts for business units, clearly outlining potential risks and opportunities.
- Manage the financial aspects of large-scale projects to ensure alignment of costs and revenues.
- Review and assist in the preparation of tender submissions.
- Analyze capital expenditure proposals.
- Assess cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reductions.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
- Continuously seek process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
