Position Overview

As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key areas of focus: Evaluating medium to long-term capacity needs of the organization and translating these into actionable business strategies to aid stakeholders in their decision-making processes. Developing and managing capacity models that span from 8 weeks to 5 years. Generating Management Information (MI) reports while analyzing and interpreting data for stakeholders, presenting findings to secure agreement on proposed initiatives. Monitoring Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) metrics and ensuring data integrity across Planning, Finance, and Human Resources. Contributing to the success of the Operational Planning mission statement: 'Cultivating an efficient environment where engaged individuals provide exceptional service.'

Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications: Prior experience in capacity planning, specifically within medium to long-term frameworks. Proven experience in stakeholder management at the 'Head of Department' level or higher. Demonstrated flexibility in communication style, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences. Strong presentation capabilities. Technical expertise in data analysis and long-term capacity planning. Familiarity with forecasting methodologies, including the ability to conduct manual forecasts using advanced Excel and Erlang models; capacity to model forecasts based on historical data and statistics from various operational platforms (WFM, ACD, CRM, etc.).
