In the role of Senior Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be tasked with:
- Evaluating the medium to long-term resource needs of the organization and converting them into actionable plans for stakeholders.
- Creating and overseeing capacity models that span from 8 weeks to 5 years.
- Producing management information reports, scrutinizing data, and presenting insights to stakeholders for endorsement.
- Monitoring Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) metrics and ensuring data integrity across Planning, Finance, and Human Resources departments.

Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess:
- Prior experience in capacity planning for medium to long-term initiatives.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement at the 'Head of Department' level or above.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse audience.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Technical proficiency in data analysis and long-term capacity forecasting.
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, including manual forecasting utilizing advanced Excel and Erlang models.
