Compensation: £19,233.75 annually (not pro-rata, pre-tax take-home salary)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

After completing six weeks in your role, you will be eligible for the 4-day working week - work four days while being compensated for five.

Our institution specializes in Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) education, catering to young individuals aged 11-16. We strive to provide an enriching educational experience that not only enhances academic and vocational skills but also fosters personal development and self-esteem. Our goal is to empower each student to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.

The Role

As an Educational Support Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our students, helping them maximize their educational experiences. You will assist in preparing learning materials and facilitating classroom activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience while providing essential support.

Your responsibilities will include addressing the emotional and physical needs of students, guiding them in their personal growth and engagement with the world around them.

Working with pupils who have complex SEMH needs is both challenging and rewarding. You will benefit from the extensive support provided by our experienced teams, witnessing firsthand the positive impact you have on the students' lives.
