Position Overview:
Are you a passionate and engaging individual who thrives on connecting people with culture, heritage, and education? We are seeking enthusiastic Cultural Education Facilitators to enhance learning experiences across various environments, including museums, archives, cultural venues, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive workshops to children, focusing on diverse topics related to our heritage sites.
- Engage with learners of all ages, primarily targeting primary school students, during term time and weekdays.
- Participate in special events, projects, and youth engagement initiatives as required.
- Utilize creative approaches, including character performances and costumes, to enrich learning experiences.

We collaborate with a variety of artists and performers to create inspiring learning environments and run a successful youth engagement program. Our extensive loans box service and free teacher CPD sessions further support educational initiatives across schools and libraries.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders. Relevant training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
