As an Educational Support Facilitator, your primary responsibility will be to interact directly with students, guiding them on their educational journeys. You will be instrumental in unlocking their potential and supporting their unique learning requirements.
Your duties will include preparing instructional materials, coordinating classroom activities, providing direct assistance, and ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each student. Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging and educational activities for students
- Organize daily routines, including activities, breaks, and meals
- Support with personal care tasks such as feeding and toilet training

Required Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths, and a grade C or above in English or equivalent
