About the Role

The Ardonagh Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Client Money Team as a Finance Operations Specialist. This exciting opportunity has arisen to support our growing Broker Network business, part of the wider Ardonagh Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Insurer Settlements for allocated members in accordance with FCA regulations, Insurer requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Manage own workload to ensure work is being completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Communicate and build relations with external Brokers & businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions, resolving these effectively and providing great customer service.
  • Fulfill responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensure compliance with the client and insurer money rules within the FCA Handbook, identifying and recording any breaches of FCA rules.
  • Ensure successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the Compliance and Training Department.
  • Be willing and able to apply existing skills to other ad-hoc tasks, as required by management.

Requirements

  • A detailed orientated and organized individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • A customer-focused individual who thrives on providing an exceptional service to customers by working on their own and as part of a team.
  • Experience within an FCA regulated role and an understanding of Insurance Broking systems would be advantageous.
