About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Money Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team at The Ardonagh Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the due diligence process for new members and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence Process: Deliver the due diligence process for new members and acquisitions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Client Money Integrations: Support the Client Money Integrations and Remediation teams in ensuring seamless integration of new members and acquisitions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CASS 5 rules, and provide guidance to the team as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce accurate and timely reports, and provide analytical support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Specialized Knowledge: Strong working knowledge and experience of CASS 5 regulation, with a proven track record of delivering due diligence processes.
  • Professional Certification: Any relevant professional certification or qualification in a financial profession would be an advantage.
  • Microsoft Skills: Intermediate level Excel skills, including lookups and pivots.
