Job Description

Compliance Business Partner

As a Compliance Business Partner at UK Shared Services Ltd, you will work closely with business functions to identify and mitigate regulatory and conduct risk. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and escalate regulatory and conduct risk.
  • Providing timely and accurate submissions to the regulator, highlighting any anomalies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conducting horizon scanning to ensure the business is kept fully briefed on regulatory, industry, and consumer developments.
  • Performing summary and in-depth gap analysis to identify any gaps and work with stakeholders to progress implementation in a timely manner.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on regulatory and industry changes and serving as a contact point for the business and team.
  • Working collaboratively across all three lines of defence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Compliance advisory experience.
  • Significant knowledge of FCA-related rules and obligations and the ability to demonstrate application.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
