A Regulatory Product Specialist is needed for a global FMCG product testing service. The successful candidate will ensure and deliver regulatory compliance across a portfolio of detergent/home care products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working with various teams across the business and suppliers to ensure Critical Path deadlines are being met at all times
  2. Logging samples on the Critical Path ensuring they meet requirements
  3. Efficient and effective execution and project management of regulatory activities
  4. Liaising with suppliers to gather information and updates to ensure Critical Path deadlines are being met
  5. Implementing strategies for labelling and artwork creation and meticulous document management
  6. Reviewing artwork against the product information and provide feedback to customers and suppliers with comments
  7. Physical review and scanning of packaging against approved artwork and checking for errors
  8. Maintain artwork status on the Critical Path
  9. Maintaining good knowledge and intelligence across the regulatory function to ensure accurate maintenance of products in global markets
  10. Keeping records detailed and accurate

Requirements:

  1. Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  2. Experience ensuring and delivering regulatory compliance across a portfolio of detergents/home care products
  3. Understanding and experience of critical path management
  4. Good knowledge of classifications of detergents/home care products
  5. Experience in preparation and submission of dossiers, supporting documentation, variations, and renewals
  6. Good understanding of SDS sheets, artwork matches, and various UK, Ireland and European legislation
  7. Good understanding of product formulation and development
  8. Knowledge of product standards such as CLP, REACH, The Detergents Regulation, CPSC

This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience. The company is a global FMCG product testing service that prides itself on customer service and provides various product services to its clients.
