As a key member of the Compliance department, the Junior Regulatory Affairs Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that marketing campaigns across the business align with all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.

Flutter UK&I invest heavily in marketing communications to support brand growth across various markets, products, and media channels. This includes Sportsbook, eGaming, and Retail Marketing campaigns for our Paddy Power, Betfair, and Sky Betting and Gaming brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering marketing compliance training and development programs, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes, and building relationships with internal partners.

They will also lead and review the Compliance approval process, work closely with internal teams to deliver compliance guidance, and test current marketing compliance AdTech controls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and PC/Mac OS operating system, as well as project management experience.
