Job Description

Job Title: Community Coordinator - Client Money Audit Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Coordinator to join our Client Money Audit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of external annual audits within a client money environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Money & statutory audits across Ardonagh Advisory, including management and stakeholder updates, collation and review of evidence, agreement of action plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal management and external auditors on audit progression to ensure agreed due dates are met.
  • Fulfil your responsibilities in line with agreed processes in order to achieve agreed objectives, and in doing so, ensure compliance with the client and insurer money rules as per FCA Client Asset Sourcebook.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a finance environment within a regulated finance services organisation, ideally insurance, preferably a large complex corporate environment or knowledge and experience of CASS 5.
  • Audit experience.
  • MS Excel to at least an intermediate level.
  • Experience of general ledger accounting systems.
