Job Summary:
The Ardonagh Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Co-ordinator to join our Client Money Audit team. As a Co-ordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of external annual audits within a client money environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful completion of external annual audits within a client money environment within agreed timescales.
- Support Client Money & statutory audits across Ardonagh Advisory, including management and stakeholder updates, collation and review of evidence, agreement of action plans.
- Maintain regular communication with internal management and external auditors on audit progression to ensure agreed due dates are met.
- Fulfil responsibilities in line with agreed processes to achieve agreed objectives, ensuring compliance with the client and insurer money rules as per FCA Client Asset Sourcebook.
Requirements:
- Experience in a finance environment within a regulated finance services organisation, ideally insurance, preferably a large complex corporate environment or knowledge and experience of CASS 5.
- Audit experience.
- MS Excel to at least an intermediate level.
- Experience of general ledger accounting systems.
