We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Data Management Team Lead to join our Risk Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and organizing daily operations, driving performance within the team by closely monitoring activities, conducting thorough quality checks and ensuring timely feedback.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidates should possess demonstrable knowledge and experience in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Affordability and be confident decision makers.
- Approach decisions in a structured and logical manner, weighing up all risk factors, resulting in a strong justification of actions.
- A confident and professional communication approach with the ability to embrace change and manage difficult situations with composure.
