HR Advisor (6-Month FTC) Opportunity

Our esteemed client, Gilbert Meher Ltd, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to contribute to key HR functions and support a group of care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Support: Manage recruitment across multiple care homes, including overseeing Indeed and Care Friends systems to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  2. 1st Line ER Support: Handle first-line employee relations (ER) queries from across the 8 homes, offering guidance and advice.
  3. Apprenticeships: Submit new apprenticeship applications, manage the government portal, and maintain regular contact with learners to ensure compliance and support.
  4. Data Collation: Regularly gather HR data from the homes for various reports and tasks.
  5. Project Work: Assist with HR projects that align with the overall business strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (preferred but not essential).
  2. Strong experience in HR advisory roles, ideally within a care or multi-site environment.
  3. Confident in handling employee relations queries and providing first-line support.
  4. Proficient in managing recruitment processes and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  5. Comfortable with hybrid working and occasional travel to care homes.
What Our Client Offers:
  1. Competitive salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata based on experience).
