Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Loughton, Essex. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, including answering and redirecting incoming calls, distributing post, and coordinating meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including answering and redirecting incoming calls and distributing post.
  • Coordinate meetings and internal events, including setting up and organizing computer equipment, phones, and stationery for new starters.
  • Liaise with the IT provider and HR department for any technical or equipment-related issues.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies, consumables, printed stationery, and gifts as directed.
  • Negotiate, manage, and record utility contracts, subscriptions, and other communication systems.
  • Assist in maintaining and collating information for company insurances.
  • Organize repairs and sourcing/acquiring new equipment as directed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
