Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a National Builder. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the commercial and builder segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the commercial and builder segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including main contractors, developers, architects, designers, and builders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted account development and sales outreach.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and national peers to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Provide advanced training and support to local teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the builder and commercial segment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Ability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs.
  • Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflict and people effectively.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college (BSc or BA) in business or a related field.
