- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including main contractors, developers, architects, designers, and builders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted account development and sales outreach.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and national peers to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
- Provide advanced training and support to local teams to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the builder and commercial segment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.
- Proficient in Salesforce.
- Ability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs.
- Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflict and people effectively.
- Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college (BSc or BA) in business or a related field.
