National Commercial Builder Executive

At Cosentino, we are in search of a National Commercial & Builder Executive based in the UK. This role offers the chance to thrive in a multinational setting, engaging in various exciting projects that challenge your skills and expertise.
In this position, your primary responsibility will be to drive sustainable growth within the commercial and builder sectors by collaborating with and supporting local sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate business opportunities through local teams by establishing and nurturing relationships with targeted clients, including main contractors, developers, architects, designers, builders, custom home builders, fabricators, and corporate accounts along with their purchasing agents and sales teams.
• Identify regional sales strategies and requirements to enhance product diversification and application.
• Assist local teams with existing accounts while focusing on closing new business deals.
• Provide advanced training to local teams in support of the local General Manager.
• Analyze KPIs and KAIs for the sales region to assess potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and national colleagues to ensure optimal segment penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in key events to generate new business opportunities and ensure follow-up on these leads.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Professional Experience
Required
• Over 10 years of sales experience within the industry
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the builder and commercial sectors
Knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce
Desired
• Capability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming obstacles to achieve success metrics
• Willingness to travel locally approximately 80% of the time
Educational Background
Required
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution (BSc or BA)
Desired
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Location Requirements
• Ideally situated in or near major urban centers. However, this is a national role requiring frequent customer visits, so any location with good transport links will be considered.
