What We Are Seeking

At Cosentino, we are in search of a National Sales Executive focused on the Builder segment, who will thrive in a dynamic multinational setting, engaging in a variety of exciting projects.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to drive sustainable business growth within the commercial and builder sectors by collaborating with and supporting local sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Cultivate business opportunities through local teams by establishing and nurturing relationships with targeted clients, including main contractors, developers, architects, designers, builders, custom home builders, fabricators, and corporate purchasing agents.

• Identify regional sales strategies and requirements to enhance product diversification and application.

• Assist local teams with existing accounts while focusing on acquiring new business.

• Provide advanced training to local teams in support of the General Manager.

• Analyze KPIs and KAIs for the sales region to assess potential business opportunities.

• Collaborate with local, regional, and national colleagues to ensure optimal segment penetration and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in key events that generate new business opportunities and ensure follow-up on these prospects.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience
Required:

• Over 10 years of sales experience in the industry.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the builder and commercial sectors.

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, etc.).

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

Desired:

• Capability to read blueprints and prepare project take-offs.

Essential Skills
Required:

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming obstacles to meet success metrics.

• Willingness to travel locally approximately 80% of the time.

Educational Background
Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (BSc or BA).

Desired:

• Degree in business or a related field.

Location
• Ideally situated near major urban centers, but this is a national role with significant travel, so any location with good transport access will be considered.
