Job Title: Bureau Business Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our Mobile Patrol business in the UK. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee the P&L of the Mobile Patrol business unit, ensuring costs are minimized and efficiency is maximized.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the COO and Executive team to develop strategies for business growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage performance levels, communicating results to the Mobile Team.
- Team Management: Supervise staff within the Mobile Team, conducting regular 1-2-1s to ensure training and development.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement a safety culture within the driving team, ensuring vehicles are equipped with tracking and safety solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and develop plans for implementation.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with sub-contractors.
- Service Delivery: Ensure excellent service delivery from the Mobile Team, including accurate reports and trained staff.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: SIA License and DBS check.
- Experience: Mobile patrol experience is essential.
- Driving License: UK driving license with less than 6 current points.
- Attendance: Exceptional attendance record.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office).
