Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Nurseplus is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team in Ashford. As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in managing a range of tasks within the company, including interacting with clients and candidates, sourcing and providing top-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with branches and other departments to support compliance record keeping.
- Run reports to support compliance.
- Ensure compliance to Nurseplus policies and procedures.
- Puts together training certificates and ensures these are recorded and uploaded to relevant systems.
- Support the company in its compliance with GDPR, the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
- Offer support to all members of the Quality Assurance and Training teams with regard to general administrative tasks when required.
- Successfully complete any necessary training to fulfil the requirements of the role.
