Join Our Team as a Project Cost Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Project Cost Manager to collaborate with a leading Civil Engineering Contractor. This role will involve supporting the Commercial Manager across multiple project sites.

This organization is well-established in the construction industry, recognized for its excellence in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.

  • Deliver commercial insights to the management team.
  • Contribute to achieving business objectives and performance indicators.
  • Compile monthly financial reports detailing costs and values for the projects.
  • Assist in finalizing agreements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Enhance cash flow management and ensure prompt payments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, with Professional Membership of RICS.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in supporting design and consultancy contracts.
  • Familiarity with NEC 3/4 contract forms.
  • Experience in supply chain procurement.
  • Background in dispute resolution and commercial budgeting.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Possession of a UK Driving Licence.

This position will require site-based work, involving travel between various project locations.
