Civil Engineering Project Manager

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team in the Southwest region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in managing large-scale construction projects. They will be responsible for supervising a team of site agents, engineers, and other personnel to ensure that the project is completed successfully.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements and expectations
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Managing and resolving conflicts and issues that may arise during the project

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
