Site Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that construction work meets the client's specifications and requirements.

• Project Supervision: Supervise and oversee the project, ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with the specification and client requirements.
• Health and Safety: Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Project Management: Contribute to the preparation of project programmes, plan and order materials and plant to achieve programme milestones.
• Client Liaison: Update clients on project timelines and report any issues or concerns, working to resolve them promptly.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including labour, plant, and materials.

• Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and an industry-applicable qualification.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience of working on large-scale civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of heavy civils and construction processes.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Other: Full driver's license and a strong commitment to Health and Safety.
