Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AOG Operator to join our team at Freightserve, a leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping company. As an AOG Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of Aerospace shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Export Manager, Supervisor, and Head of Aerospace to service Aerospace customer requirements.
  • Support all department requirements as directed.
  • Execute customer bookings to high standards, meeting customer requirements and encouraging further opportunities.
  • Develop and constantly review and improve operating processes to execute Aerospace movements.
  • Work with the team to strengthen our network of overseas partners to support service delivery.
  • Ensure that in-house operating systems are utilized correctly to execute shipments.
  • Deliver excellent customer care and management of client's expectations.
  • Support the team with general export workload as required.
  • Support customer requirements outside of normal business hours on any pre-agreed shift pattern.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Aerospace shipments and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using in-house operating systems.
