Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Clerk to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing AOG shipments, exports, and customs entries, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AOG shipments from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Coordinate exports, including customs entries and documentation
  • Provide quotes to customers and respond to urgent queries and requests
  • Handle key accounts and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Cut and manage AWB's (Air Waybills)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AOG and freight operations
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • PC literate and proficient in relevant software

Working Hours:

4 on 4 off night shift
