Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AOG Operations Coordinator to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of AOG shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to resolve AOG issues and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Process customs entries for air exports and imports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Provide quotes to customers and manage their expectations.
  • Send pre-alerts to customers and respond to urgent queries and requests.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Cut and manage AWB's (Air Waybills) for efficient shipment processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AOG operations and freight management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications and software relevant to the role.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 0900-1800 hours.
