About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AOG Operations Specialist to join our team at DB Schenker. As an AOG Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of operations with exceptional customer service at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and promptly responding to customer inquiries, ensuring timely action.
  • Coordinating collection and delivery with vendors, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Utilising our internal Procars system to generate shipping documentation.
  • Preparing export processes using Sequoia/CDS entries, adhering to UK HMRC regulations.
  • Exploring alternative solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Offering operational support to the Aerospace Team, contributing to their success.
