Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of AOG shipments
  • Manage exports and imports, including customs entries and clearance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key accounts and respond to urgent queries and requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AOG operations and freight management
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in PC software and systems

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
