Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LGV Driver to join our team at Mixed Freight Services, a leading provider of logistics and transportation solutions. As a LGV Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate LGV vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of cargo.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks, reporting any defects or issues to the maintenance team.
  • Meet and exceed delivery targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A valid LGV license and Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/Driver CPC.
  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
