Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide administrative support to Contract Managers, including preparing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project records.

- Site Management: Oversee site-based Site Managers, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the required standards and deadlines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve problems that arise during project delivery, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
