Senior Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Activities Coordinator to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborate with external partners and performers to bring exciting events and activities to our care home
- Support residents in their daily lives, encouraging participation and social interaction
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of activities
- Update paperwork, care plans, and activity notes to ensure accurate records
- Contribute to the development of our social media channels to promote our care home and activities
- Proven experience in activity coordination or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends and varied shifts
