Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with external partners and performers to bring exciting events and activities to our care home
  • Support residents in their daily lives, encouraging participation and social interaction
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of activities
  • Update paperwork, care plans, and activity notes to ensure accurate records
  • Contribute to the development of our social media channels to promote our care home and activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in activity coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends and varied shifts
