About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team at HOWL WORLDWIDE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering critical projects and strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will be responsible for managing the HOWL CRM, identifying and qualifying potential investors, and overseeing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and quality throughout the supply chain.

As a strategic thinker and effective operator, you will help formulate and execute strategic projects that drive commercial growth, while collaborating with the founding team to enhance business objectives. You will also support efforts to build a wider network for the company, fostering valuable connections and relationships.

The right candidate will be placed on a 1-2 year fast track to take on a larger role at HOWL WORLDWIDE, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising Support: Manage the HOWL CRM, identify and qualify potential investors, and manage outreach efforts.
  • Supply Chain Operations Management: Oversee supply chain operations, including fulfilment, CPG logistics, manufacturing processes, and product distribution.
  • Commercial Project Execution: Help formulate and execute strategic projects that drive commercial growth.
  • Network & Relationship Building: Support efforts to build a wider network for the company, fostering valuable connections.
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of work experience driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment (management consulting or startup operator preferred).
  • Highly analytical and think quantitatively - you should be comfortable with spreadsheets, know your way around financial planning, and demonstrate competency with effective presentation skills.
  • Experience and/or interest in Supply Chain Management (not a prerequisite but nice to have).
  • A problem solver who has demonstrated that you can take initiative and improve the way things are done.
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability married with a huge sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company.
