About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Triage and Assessment Practitioner to join our CYPMH team in Chorley South Ribble. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, clinical interventions, and leading clinical governance and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.
  • Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.
  • Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.
  • Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.

Requirements

  • First-level qualification, Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Child) or Qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
  • Information technology skills sufficient to the undertaking of the post.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience of working within Children and Young People's Mental Health.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Child Mental Health.
