Job Summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Triage and Assessment Practitioner to join its CYPMH team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, clinical interventions, and leading clinical governance and quality improvement.

Main Duties

Your Role:

Deliver high-quality, timely, and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.

Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.

Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.

Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.

Work alongside expert Team Leaders, Service Integration Managers, and Senior Clinical Leads.

Requirements

We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 12 months experience of working within Children and Young People's Mental Health.

Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Child Mental Health is essential, as is evidence of an ability to effectively manage own workload and work autonomously.
