Main Duties of the Job
Your Role:
Deliver timely and accessible assessments, manage a clinical caseload, and provide brief clinical interventions.
Contribute to high-quality service delivery, ensuring responsive and personalised care.
Provide and receive clinical supervision, enhancing service quality.
Engage in partnership building, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
Work alongside our expert Team Leaders, Service Integration Managers, and Senior Clinical Leads.
We're Looking For:
Passionate Registered Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 12 months experience of working within Children and Young People's Mental Health.
About Us
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
